Production process
Preparing the 3D modeling mold
→ Pre-make mold structure according to door panel shape

Mold forming
→ The material expands to fill the mold space and hardens and sets
Remove the PU door panel
→ Remove the finished door panel after demoulding

→ Improve strength and applicability through inner coating and PU structure
